Toutefois, alors qu\u2019elles sont confront\u00e9es aux m\u00eames p\u00e9nuries de comp\u00e9tences et de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre que les grandes entreprises, elles manquent de temps, de ressources et d\u2019expertise pour attirer les meilleurs talents et mettre en place des programmes de recyclage et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences. Ces d\u00e9fis nuisent \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 des PME \u00e0 innover, \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 \u00eatre comp\u00e9titives. C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement vrai en cette p\u00e9riode d\u2019impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos recherches ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les PME avaient besoin d\u2019aide. L\u2019Institut de la diversit\u00e9, Magnet et le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures ont collabor\u00e9 avec la Chambre de commerce de l\u2019Ontario pour d\u00e9velopper et \u00e9valuer un syst\u00e8me national de gestion de l\u2019apprentissage, Skills Bridge, afin de fournir aux PME des ressources de formation personnalis\u00e9es qui soient efficaces, abordables et capables de constituer une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre diversifi\u00e9e. En se fondant sur les travaux de l\u2019Institut de la diversit\u00e9 et de Magnet, l\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de d\u00e9velopper et de tester une plateforme con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de perfectionnement des petites entreprises dans une optique d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion, afin de les aider \u00e0 combler les lacunes d\u2019un march\u00e9 du travail en \u00e9volution rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"607\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-OCC-V2-1024x607.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-317600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-OCC-V2-1024x607.png 1024w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-OCC-V2-300x178.png 300w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-OCC-V2-768x455.png 768w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-OCC-V2-10x6.png 10w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FR-Quote-OCC-V2.png 1350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9fi&nbsp;: Renforcer la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation des PME&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les PME repr\u00e9sentent <a href=\"https:\/\/ised-isde.canada.ca\/site\/sme-research-statistics\/en\/key-small-business-statistics\/key-small-business-statistics-2024\">99,6&nbsp;%<\/a> des entreprises employeuses et 7,9&nbsp;millions de mains-d\u2019\u0153uvre dans le secteur priv\u00e9 au Canada. Compte tenu de cette ampleur et de la diversit\u00e9 des types d\u2019entreprises qu\u2019elles repr\u00e9sentent, il est difficile de d\u00e9finir les comp\u00e9tences communes dont elles ont besoin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme l\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 Louie Di Palma, vice-pr\u00e9sident charg\u00e9 des programmes pour les PME \u00e0 la Chambre de commerce de l\u2019Ontario, le d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 trouver une solution de formation unique qui r\u00e9ponde aux besoins en main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et en dirigeants d\u2019un si large \u00e9ventail d\u2019entreprises.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons \u00e9cout\u00e9 ce qu\u2019ils nous ont dit dont ils avaient besoin, puis nous avons r\u00e9duit la liste \u00e0 une douzaine d\u2019ensembles de comp\u00e9tences sur lesquels tout le monde \u00e9tait d\u2019accord \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que la formation au leadership et les pratiques en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines, les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et les cours de finance pour les non-comptables, la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et certaines comp\u00e9tences moins techniques telles que la r\u00e9daction et la pr\u00e9sentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution&nbsp;: Une solution de formation pancanadienne<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet Skills Bridge a permis de d\u00e9finir les comp\u00e9tences dont les PME ont besoin, puis de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la faisabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la fonctionnalit\u00e9 d\u2019une plateforme d\u2019apprentissage partag\u00e9e qui offrirait des formations abordables et accessibles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plateforme cr\u00e9\u00e9e par nos partenaires offrait un contenu de cours pertinent et personnalis\u00e9 auquel les apprenants pouvaient acc\u00e9der \u00e0 leur rythme et \u00e0 leur heure. Les cours \u00e9taient courts et pouvaient \u00eatre combin\u00e9s pour ouvrir une voie d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Les petites entreprises de nos communaut\u00e9s nous ont dit qu\u2019elles pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient des apprentissages courts et cibl\u00e9s \u00bb, explique M.&nbsp;Di Palma. \u00ab Elles n\u2019ont pas le temps de s\u2019asseoir pendant une heure ou quatre-vingt-dix minutes. Elles veulent suivre le cours en cinq ou dix minutes \u00e0 la fois, puis revenir et reprendre le cours l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elles l\u2019ont arr\u00eat\u00e9. C\u2019est donc autour de ce type de r\u00e9flexion que nous avons con\u00e7u les cours \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"645\" height=\"324\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-05-08-at-1.10.48\u202fPM.png\" alt=\"diverse group of employees sits around a conference table\" class=\"wp-image-317566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-05-08-at-1.10.48\u202fPM.png 645w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-05-08-at-1.10.48\u202fPM-300x151.png 300w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-05-08-at-1.10.48\u202fPM-10x5.png 10w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 645px) 100vw, 645px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le\u00e7ons et perspectives d\u2019avenir&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les PME sont avides d\u2019aide pour dispenser des formations professionnelles et elles ont en commun de nombreux besoins en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences, ce qui rend impossible la mise en place d\u2019une solution unique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet a fait ressortir l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des solutions de formation mises en \u0153uvre par un interm\u00e9diaire et a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 les \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9chelle qui peuvent r\u00e9sulter d\u2019une solution pancanadienne. Le nouveau syst\u00e8me de gestion de l\u2019apprentissage a s\u00e9duit les employeurs. Plus de 65&nbsp;chambres de commerce et 1 300&nbsp;PME \u00e0 travers le Canada ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendu aux provinces de l\u2019Atlantique, au Qu\u00e9bec et \u00e0 l\u2019Alberta afin de combler les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et de formation dans l\u2019ensemble du pays. \u00c0 ce jour, 94&nbsp;cours sont disponibles en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cours eux-m\u00eames ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 bien accueillis&nbsp;: 77&nbsp;% des apprenants ont jug\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 des cours qu\u2019ils ont suivie \u00e9lev\u00e9e et 83&nbsp;% ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019ils recommanderaient probablement le cours \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue.
