Parall\u00e8lement, la population canadienne neurodivergente &#8211; une r\u00e9serve de talents tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9tents, mais sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s &#8211; se heurte \u00e0 des obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures (CCF) est le chef de file des efforts visant \u00e0 changer cette situation en dotant les employeurs, les \u00e9ducateurs et les d\u00e9cideurs politiques de strat\u00e9gies fond\u00e9es sur la recherche pour faire progresser la neuroinclusion sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Identifier les obstacles et favoriser une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre inclusive est essentiel pour rem\u00e9dier aux p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et renforcer l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recherche sur la neurodiversit\u00e9 : Un plan d\u2019action pour l\u2019inclusion de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2021, le CCF, en collaboration avec le Conference Board du Canada, m\u00e8ne une recherche nationale \u00e0 l\u2019intersection de la neurodiversit\u00e9, de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de l\u2019emploi. Cette recherche porte sur trois domaines cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er des lieux de travail neuro-inclusifs :<\/strong> Analyser comment les pratiques d\u2019embauche, la culture du lieu de travail et les strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9tention peuvent mieux aider la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre neurodivergente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er des politiques neuro-inclusives dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur :<\/strong> Examiner les moyens d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et les syst\u00e8mes de soutien pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves neurodivergents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tracer des voies neuro-inclusives vers l\u2019emploi autonome :<\/strong> Explorer les strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les opportunit\u00e9s et les ressources entrepreneuriales pour les personnes canadiennes neurodivergentes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque \u00e9tude propose des <strong>strat\u00e9gies concr\u00e8tes pour favoriser l\u2019inclusion de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e9er des lieux de travail neuro-inclusifs : Faire \u00e9merger les talents dans tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les p\u00e9nuries persistantes de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre exigent des strat\u00e9gies innovantes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019embauche et de maintien en poste, ainsi que des changements dans la culture du milieu de travail. L\u2019\u00e9tude du CCF, intitul\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/recherche\/breaking-down-barriers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Briser les barri\u00e8res : Am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des personnes neurodivergentes au travail<\/a>, explique comment les entreprises peuvent adapter l\u2019embauche, l\u2019accueil et l\u2019environnement de travail pour attirer et retenir les personnes neurodivergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principales recommandations sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9largir les strat\u00e9gies de recrutement<\/strong> par le biais d\u2019embauches bas\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences et de formats d\u2019entretien diff\u00e9rents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des adaptations en milieu de travail<\/strong>, notamment en ce qui concerne les modalit\u00e9s de travail flexibles et les pratiques de communication claires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Favoriser des cultures neuro-inclusives<\/strong> o\u00f9 tous les employ\u00e9s peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de politiques transparentes et favorables en milieu de travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En mettant en \u0153uvre ces strat\u00e9gies, les entreprises peuvent exploiter des talents hautement qualifi\u00e9s tout en am\u00e9liorant la productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation dans tous les secteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Politiques neuro-inclusives dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur : Renforcer le vivier de talents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019inclusion de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre commence bien avant l\u2019emploi. L\u2019\u00e9tude du CCF, intitul\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/recherche\/creating-inclusive-campuses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Politiques et pratiques neuro-inclusives<\/a> dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, fait ressortir les obstacles syst\u00e9miques dans l\u2019enseignement postsecondaire et propose des solutions pour mieux aider les \u00e9tudiants neurodivergents \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences et les dipl\u00f4mes dont ils ont besoin pour mener des carri\u00e8res int\u00e9ressantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principales recommandations sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Int\u00e9grer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 dans les cadres et les politiques de l\u2019\u00c9DI<\/strong>, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les besoins d\u2019apprentissage, sociaux et de communication des \u00e9l\u00e8ves neurodivergents soient explicitement pris en compte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9velopper la conception universelle dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation<\/strong>, en permettant des formats d\u2019apprentissage flexibles, du mat\u00e9riel accessible et des soutiens cibl\u00e9s pour les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives et les d\u00e9fis sensoriels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duire les obstacles \u00e0 la divulgation<\/strong>, ce qui am\u00e9liorera l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux mesures d\u2019adaptation et luttera contre la stigmatisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En int\u00e9grant des pratiques neuro-inclusives dans les salles de classe, les services aux \u00e9tudiants et les bureaux d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9, les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur peuvent mieux pr\u00e9parer les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s neurodivergents \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e9er des voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi autonome qui int\u00e8grent la dimension neurologique : Exploiter le potentiel de l\u2019esprit d\u2019entreprise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019emploi traditionnel n\u2019est pas la seule possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la neuroinclusivit\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre canadienne. Le CCF dirige une nouvelle \u00e9tude, intitul\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conferenceboard.ca\/in-fact\/envisager-le-travail-autonome-comme-moyen-dintegrer-les-canadiens-neuroatypiques_fev2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cr\u00e9er des parcours inclusifs vers le travail autonome, qui explore la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019entrepreneuriat<\/a> peut constituer un parcours professionnel viable et stimulant pour la population canadienne neurodivergente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses personnes neurodivergentes poss\u00e8dent des atouts bien adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019esprit d\u2019entreprise, notamment <strong>la r\u00e9solution cr\u00e9ative de probl\u00e8mes et la pens\u00e9e innovante<\/strong>. Cependant, des obstacles syst\u00e9miques, notamment l\u2019acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 au financement et au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences entrepreneuriales, emp\u00eachent souvent les entrepreneurs neurodivergents de prosp\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recherche fournira des recommandations ax\u00e9es sur les politiques pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un soutien au d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises<\/strong> qui soit accessible et adapt\u00e9 aux entrepreneurs neurodivergents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9velopper des formations cibl\u00e9es<\/strong> pour les entrepreneurs neurodivergents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9velopper les possibilit\u00e9s de mentorat<\/strong> qui soutiennent les parcours vers l\u2019emploi autonome.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En favorisant les opportunit\u00e9s entrepreneuriales inclusives, le Canada peut lib\u00e9rer un potentiel \u00e9conomique inexploit\u00e9, stimuler l\u2019innovation et cr\u00e9er de nouvelles voies d\u2019emploi pour les personnes neurodivergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019inclusion de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, un imp\u00e9ratif \u00e9conomique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La croissance \u00e9conomique \u00e0 long terme du Canada d\u00e9pend de l\u2019optimisation du potentiel de toute la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.
