			{"id":261621,"date":"2023-05-17T09:11:35","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T13:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/innovation-mindset\/"},"modified":"2023-05-29T09:20:10","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T13:20:10","slug":"blog-innovation-mindset","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/blog-innovation-mindset\/","title":{"rendered":"Dix fa\u00e7ons d\u2019adopter un esprit d\u2019innovation\u00a0: Le\u00e7ons tir\u00e9es de la cohorte de l\u2019automne\u00a02022 du programme Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur du CCF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En tant que conseillers en innovation ayant offert des conseils sur des projets \u00e0 travers le Canada dans le cadre du dernier programme <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/blog-accelerator-innovation-lab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur<\/a> du CCF, nous avons eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de soutenir 17&nbsp;\u00e9quipes en leur offrant un encadrement et des commentaires pendant quatre mois sur leur utilisation d\u2019outils et d\u2019approches d\u2019innovation dans leur parcours d\u2019innovation en tant que composante de \u00ab\u2009l\u2019avenir du travail\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un \u00ab\u2009sprint\u2009\u00bb de conception pour chaque projet, o\u00f9 les \u00e9quipes de chaque organisation sont soutenues pour tester certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de leur \u00ab\u2009hypoth\u00e8se de changement\u2009\u00bb afin d\u2019obtenir un plus grand impact dans leur travail. Il s\u2019agissait notamment de relever des d\u00e9fis comme la mani\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019engagement des participants dans la formation aux comp\u00e9tences afin d\u2019offrir des programmes plus efficaces, ou d\u2019aider les organisations \u00e0 tester une nouvelle offre de service potentielle comme l\u2019int\u00e9gration de donn\u00e9es tierces provenant d\u2019autres organisations de d\u00e9veloppement communautaire afin de mieux comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et d\u2019\u00e9clairer le soutien au programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/blog-fostering-breakthrough-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Le processus d\u2019innovation<\/a> est n\u00e9cessaire, mais peut \u00eatre difficile, en particulier dans un contexte de financement strict. Il est facile de se laisser absorber par l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des programmes au jour le jour sans prendre le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, d\u2019examiner ou de mesurer la mani\u00e8re dont nous accomplissons notre travail et son utilit\u00e9 pour les personnes que nous servons, sans parler de la mani\u00e8re d\u2019aborder les situations diff\u00e9remment. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui rend l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 du programme Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur si importante pour les organisations\u2009; il permet d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter et de tester de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de faire, avec un regard neuf et la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9chouer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019innovation est souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un luxe pour la mise en \u0153uvre des programmes de statu quo, mais elle est fondamentale pour garantir que nous offrons des programmes et des services souhaitables, r\u00e9alisables, viables et ayant un impact sur les personnes qu\u2019ils sont cens\u00e9s servir. Cela n\u00e9cessite \u00e0 la fois des fonds et du temps, et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que nous intervenons en tant que conseillers en innovation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"pullquote-block_fa6e7e5bc0ad89d0462c4fe8a483f45a\" class=\"pullquote   fr  is-full-length-\">\n\t<blockquote class=\"pullquote__quote\">\n\t\t<div class=\"pullquote__bar\" style=\"background-color: #EC008C\"><\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"pullquote__quote-text\">C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui rend l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 du programme Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur si importante pour les organisations\u2009; il permet d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter et de tester de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de faire, avec un regard neuf et la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9chouer.\u00a0<\/div>\n\t\t<cite class=\"pullquote__cite\"><\/cite>\n\t<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compte tenu de notre exp\u00e9rience de travail avec ces \u00e9quipes, voici nos dix principaux conseils pour adopter un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit innovant&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commencez par de petites \u00e9tapes et adaptez-vous au fur et \u00e0 mesure. Faites preuve d\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 quant \u00e0 ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne fonctionne pas. While it takes some effort to set this up through thought and reflection, start with initial tests that provide validating data. Poser des questions essentielles comme&nbsp;: pourquoi faisons-nous ce que nous faisons, comment et qui servons-nous le mieux\u2009?<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez le terrain pour un v\u00e9ritable apprentissage en \u00e9quipe en v\u00e9rifiant comment votre \u00e9quipe \u00e9volue sur le plan personnel. Notre travail est centr\u00e9 sur le c\u0153ur et les personnes, et notre travail strat\u00e9gique doit \u00eatre reli\u00e9 \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Essayez de centrer vos explorations sur votre objectif principal tout en \u00e9liminant votre propre \u00e9go de ces efforts. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de trouver des fautes, mais plut\u00f4t de savoir o\u00f9 votre travail cr\u00e9e le plus d\u2019impact et de valeur pour les collectivit\u00e9s. En fait, vous avez probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0 une id\u00e9e de ce qui doit \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9 et pour qui, alors suivez-la\u2009!<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9ez des m\u00e9thodes pour recueillir les r\u00e9actions et les commentaires, et mesurez ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous assurer que vous apprenez ce qui est important&nbsp;: c\u2019est la cl\u00e9 pour offrir des programmes et des services plus solides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adoptez l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue. Trop souvent, les organisations sont guid\u00e9es par les r\u00e9sultats, mais une r\u00e9flexion continue et une \u00e9valuation \u00e0 mi-parcours du programme peuvent vous orienter vers de nouvelles directions qui renforcent l\u2019impact de votre travail.&nbsp;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les outils doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des \u00ab\u2009travaux en cours\u2009\u00bb, notamment&nbsp;: les mod\u00e8les logiques, les hypoth\u00e8ses de changement, l\u2019outil Business Model Canvas, les plans de cheminement et les sch\u00e9mas de conception des services. Continuez \u00e0 les revoir au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous en apprenez davantage sur votre programme ou service, sur la fa\u00e7on dont il fonctionne et pour qui. Posez la question&nbsp;: Quels sont les points faibles de la conception\u2009? Que pouvons-nous faire pour les am\u00e9liorer ?&nbsp; Comment pouvons-nous v\u00e9rifier si les am\u00e9liorations sont efficaces ou non\u2009?<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trouvez des pairs ou des coll\u00e8gues qui peuvent collaborer avec vous, au sein de votre organisation ou d\u2019une organisation partenaire. Cette pollinisation crois\u00e9e des id\u00e9es peut contribuer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une responsabilit\u00e9 et un apprentissage partag\u00e9s, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 renforcer vos relations.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019il n\u2019y a pas assez de temps pour ce type de travail de r\u00e9flexion et d\u2019adaptation, incluez-le dans la conception de votre programme et\/ou insistez aupr\u00e8s de votre bailleur de fonds pour qu\u2019il soutienne ce travail.&nbsp;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rendre des comptes \u00e0 votre communaut\u00e9&nbsp;: au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous apprenez \u00e0 mieux vous conna\u00eetre les uns les autres en testant des concepts cl\u00e9s et en r\u00e9alisant des prototypes, soyez clairs sur les le\u00e7ons que vous appliquez et sur ce que ces connaissances vous ont amen\u00e9 \u00e0 faire diff\u00e9remment. Vous serez peut-\u00eatre surpris de constater \u00e0 quel point la contribution de votre communaut\u00e9 est utile \u00e0 votre travail.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites-en un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de votre culture.&nbsp; Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019un \u00ab\u2009surplus de travail\u2009\u00bb si cela fait partie de ce que vous \u00eates et de ce que vous faites tous les jours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En nous tournant vers l\u2019avenir, nous devrions tous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir honn\u00eatement et d\u00e9couvrir ce qui fonctionne, ce qui ne fonctionne pas et ce que nous pouvons am\u00e9liorer dans nos environnements changeants.
