Que ce soit en raison du rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9 de la destruction cr\u00e9ative, du besoin vorace de capitaux ou de la r\u00e9silience des entrepreneurs, ceux qui font le saut dans le secteur technologique canadien ont du pain sur la planche, que ce soit en tant qu\u2019entrepreneur, investisseur ou personne poss\u00e9dant des comp\u00e9tences connexes dans le domaine. Nous ne voudrions pas qu\u2019il en soit autrement\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019identification de certains des principaux d\u00e9fis auxquels le secteur technologique est actuellement confront\u00e9 peut servir de guide \u00e0 ceux qui envisagent de se lancer dans une nouvelle entreprise, en plus de les aider \u00e0 peser le pour et le contre de l\u2019entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 et \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer comment concevoir une strat\u00e9gie qui fonctionne le mieux pour soutenir le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une nouvelle entreprise dans le domaine des technologies \u00e0 forte croissance&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Vivier de talents<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le recrutement de la bonne \u00e9quipe pour votre entreprise est au c\u0153ur de son succ\u00e8s, mais comment trouver les bons candidats et surtout, comment les garder\u2009? Le secteur canadien de la technologie conna\u00eet une croissance tr\u00e8s rapide et, m\u00eame avant la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19, il \u00e9tait difficile de recruter et de retenir des ing\u00e9nieurs, des d\u00e9veloppeurs et des scientifiques comp\u00e9tents. Cette situation est d\u2019autant plus grave que les talents canadiens tirent parti du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sur le march\u00e9 mondial, qu\u2019ils ont tendance \u00e0 explorer de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s dans un d\u00e9lai de 1 \u00e0 2&nbsp;ans et que la concurrence salariale reste \u00e0 un niveau sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<br><br>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/business\/article-canadian-tech-companies-in-a-global-struggle-to-attract-and-hang-on-to\/\">article<\/a> r\u00e9cent du <em>Globe and Mail<\/em> aborde le probl\u00e8me de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre au Canada dans le secteur des technologies. Selon cet article, la raret\u00e9 des talents entra\u00eene une hausse des salaires pouvant atteindre 30&nbsp;% par an. Cette vue d\u2019ensemble compl\u00e8te fait ressortir une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de recrutement, notamment les \u00e9carts de salaire entre le Canada et les \u00c9tats-Unis, l\u2019attrait des entreprises technologiques am\u00e9ricaines en raison de leur taille et de leur caract\u00e8re innovant, l\u2019augmentation mondiale du nombre d\u2019emplois dans les domaines des STIM et de la technologie, et le co\u00fbt du logement dans les plus grandes villes du Canada. L\u2019article souligne \u00e9galement que \u00ab\u2009les donn\u00e9es sugg\u00e8rent que le march\u00e9 du travail canadien a connu un r\u00e9alignement important qui a pouss\u00e9 davantage de personnes vers des emplois de cols blancs et les a \u00e9loign\u00e9es des industries de services \u00e0 contact \u00e9troit\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>R\u00e9alignement macro\u00e9conomique mondial<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous traversons une p\u00e9riode d\u2019incertitude accrue sur le march\u00e9 mondial, ce qui constitue \u00e0 la fois une opportunit\u00e9 et un d\u00e9fi. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de l\u2019inflation des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement, de conflits plus vastes, de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou de la volatilit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s publics, il est important de s\u2019interroger sur l\u2019impact du r\u00e9alignement mondial sur l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d\u2019innovation canadien et sur son effet sur la croissance du secteur technologique. Bien qu\u2019il soit impossible d\u2019identifier un facteur unique, il est \u00e9vident que les forces macro\u00e9conomiques mondiales ont un impact sur la fa\u00e7on dont les Canadiens exercent leurs activit\u00e9s, ainsi que sur la corr\u00e9lation entre le maintien des flux de capitaux, la poursuite de nouveaux projets commerciaux et les cons\u00e9quences sur l\u2019innovation aux premiers stades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Manque de profondeur sur les march\u00e9s des capitaux<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel des choses, il y a un manque de profondeur sur nos march\u00e9s des capitaux. Cela signifie que la cr\u00e9ation (et le maintien) d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me canadien durable et centr\u00e9 sur la technologie sur les march\u00e9s publics est un probl\u00e8me permanent. Les capitaux sont fluctuants et la fronti\u00e8re n\u2019est pas une contrainte pour les entreprises technologiques qui d\u00e9cident de faire leur entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9.<br><br>Il y a un espoir. Malgr\u00e9 la volatilit\u00e9 r\u00e9cente, Shopify a une capitalisation boursi\u00e8re d\u2019environ 60&nbsp;milliards de dollars et un certain nombre de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e8re r\u00e9cente ont une capitalisation boursi\u00e8re sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1&nbsp;milliard de dollars. Nous avons besoin de plus de mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9ussite comme ceux-ci au Canada et nous devons voir une repr\u00e9sentation dynamique du secteur des technologies aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des ressources et des oligopoles traditionnels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En identifiant les principaux d\u00e9fis auxquels est confront\u00e9 le secteur de la technologie, il est \u00e9galement important de noter que le Canada est depuis longtemps consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un leader mondial en mati\u00e8re de recherche sur la technologie, la science et l\u2019innovation.
