Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation rapide, l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne est \u00e9galement sur la voie de la d\u00e9carbonisation, et de nombreuses industries et professions seront affect\u00e9es par ces forces. Pour les individus, les pr\u00e9occupations portent sur les changements de profession, les nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver un emploi ad\u00e9quat et de qualit\u00e9 dans un domaine connexe. Les employeurs sont \u00e9galement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s, soucieux de trouver la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et les comp\u00e9tences ad\u00e9quates pour rester comp\u00e9titifs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes favorables \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation en mati\u00e8re de formation professionnelle afin que la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre puisse passer d\u2019un secteur \u00e0 l\u2019autre le plus rapidement possible et au moindre co\u00fbt pour elle-m\u00eame, pour son employeur et pour le public. Chacun de ces secteurs est en pleine \u00e9volution, tant en ce qui concerne la nature du travail que la mani\u00e8re dont il est effectu\u00e9. L\u2019impact de la technologie, l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s politiques qui amplifient les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de revenus, l\u2019acc\u00e8s in\u00e9gal \u00e0 la formation, le changement climatique et les forces du march\u00e9 mondial sont autant de facteurs qui entra\u00eenent des d\u00e9fis dans des secteurs cl\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soutenir les secteurs en transition signifie aider les travailleurs et les employeurs \u00e0 mieux comprendre les d\u00e9fis qui se profilent \u00e0 l\u2019horizon et les changements n\u00e9cessaires pour les surmonter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, il est essentiel de disposer de donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises sur le march\u00e9 du travail local afin de planifier la mobilit\u00e9 future et les parcours de carri\u00e8re entre les emplois et les secteurs. Des syst\u00e8mes coordonn\u00e9s qui \u00e9valuent efficacement les comp\u00e9tences, identifient les lacunes et orientent la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre vers des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation reconnues par les employeurs peuvent cr\u00e9er des voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s et de sortie dans les secteurs en \u00e9volution.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les employeurs, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre existante et la formation des nouvelles recrues n\u00e9cessitent de trouver et de dispenser des formations en collaboration avec une s\u00e9rie de parties prenantes &#8211; une d\u00e9pense financi\u00e8re et de ressources particuli\u00e8rement difficile \u00e0 supporter pour les petites et moyennes entreprises. Il y a des effets collat\u00e9raux sur les communaut\u00e9s qui accueillent et perdent des travailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour g\u00e9rer efficacement les changements importants de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, il faut disposer d\u2019une bonne source de donn\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 du travail, d\u2019un enseignement et d\u2019une formation qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de la demande de comp\u00e9tences, de parcours professionnels clairement d\u00e9finis et d\u2019une planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qui int\u00e8gre l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des partenariats solides dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des comp\u00e9tences, par exemple entre les employeurs et les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, sont n\u00e9cessaires pour aligner l\u2019offre et la demande de comp\u00e9tences.
