Pourtant, des obstacles syst\u00e9miques emp\u00eachent encore trop de personnes d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des opportunit\u00e9s, et l\u2019on ne se concentre pas suffisamment sur les strat\u00e9gies qui sont r\u00e9ellement efficaces pour d\u00e9manteler les obstacles de longue date \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">Les progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Partout au Canada, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s structurelles en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation, de formation et d\u2019emploi continuent de limiter la participation de nombreuses communaut\u00e9s. La discrimination persistante, la d\u00e9valorisation des dipl\u00f4mes internationaux et l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux aides font que les groupes m\u00e9ritant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, notamment les peuples autochtones, les personnes noires et racialis\u00e9es, les nouveaux arrivants et les jeunes, sont souvent surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les emplois pr\u00e9caires et sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les secteurs \u00e0 forte croissance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 est \u00e0 la fois une valeur et un avantage.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">La prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 du Canada d\u00e9pend de l\u2019inclusion de tous les groupes de population sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Le Canada devra r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019attirer et de retenir la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre issue des groupes m\u00e9ritant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, qui apporte une diversit\u00e9 de comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences et peut soutenir une \u00e9conomie forte alors que la population active diminue. L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion est profitable aux entreprises. Le McKinsey Global Institute a constat\u00e9 que les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes pourraient \u00e0 eux seuls accro\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9conomie du Canada de 150 milliards de dollars.&nbsp; Bien qu\u2019il existe une s\u00e9rie de ressources disponibles pour s\u2019attaquer au probl\u00e8me, il faut faire davantage pour Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre collaboration avec les jeunes Noirs, les nouveaux arrivants, les communaut\u00e9s autochtones et nos partenaires dans les r\u00e9gions nordiques, nous d\u00e9terminons les mesures efficaces pour \u00e9liminer les obstacles syst\u00e9miques et garantir que toutes les travailleuses et tous les travailleurs puissent s\u2019\u00e9panouir dans une \u00e9conomie en mutation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous contribuons \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des mesures de soutien globales, notamment des programmes de mentorat, des environnements d\u2019apprentissage accessibles et des programmes adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture, qui tiennent compte des facteurs sociaux et structurels ayant une incidence sur la r\u00e9ussite scolaire et
