Nous nous effor\u00e7ons de favoriser l\u2019innovation et de cerner les pratiques exemplaires qui peuvent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es ailleurs pour en faire profiter toute une gamme de secteurs et de r\u00e9gions au pays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces dix projets vari\u00e9s ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats prometteurs, comme des taux de r\u00e9ussite \u00e9lev\u00e9s ou acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9s, de bonnes statistiques relatives au placement, des approches qui font participer les employeurs d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part ou des initiatives qui combinent des appuis globaux avec l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la formation \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Ensemble, ces projets permettent de grandes avanc\u00e9es puisqu\u2019ils satisfont aux demandes du march\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019aux besoins des employeurs et des travailleurs et ils sont ainsi essentiels \u00e0 une reprise durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">En passant de la motivation \u00e0 l\u2019action, ces projets servent de mod\u00e8les pour le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences qui peut marquer le d\u00e9but d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e8re de prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique que toutes les Canadiennes et tous les Canadiens peuvent partager. M\u00eame si la majorit\u00e9 de ces projets sont relativement nouveaux, ils offrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des le\u00e7ons sur les meilleures approches \u00e0 adopter pour le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. Nous nous sommes engag\u00e9s \u00e0 diss\u00e9miner les r\u00e9sultats de ces projets, m\u00eame si nous n\u2019en sommes encore qu\u2019au d\u00e9but de notre parcours d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conjointement avec Blueprint, un partenaire de notre consortium, nous travaillerons en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les partenaires de projet pour concevoir des \u00e9valuations afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer rapidement des donn\u00e9es fiables tir\u00e9es de la mise en \u0153uvre des projets \u00e9largis, en particulier en ce qui a trait \u00e0 ce qui fonctionne bien, pour qui et dans quelles conditions. La diss\u00e9mination rapide des observations et des le\u00e7ons aux autres experts, d\u00e9cideurs et groupes est bien ancr\u00e9e dans ce processus.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
