Sara P\u00e9rez-Lauzon est chercheuse postdoctorale \u00e0 l&#39;Universit\u00e9 de Leicester (Royaume-Uni), affili\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau de recherche CRIMT. Elle a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 son doctorat \u00e0 HEC Montr\u00e9al, o\u00f9 elle a explor\u00e9 les strat\u00e9gies des PME au sein des grappes de l\u2019a\u00e9rospatiale au Canada ainsi qu\u2019en Belgique dans le contexte du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. Elles\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la collaboration interentreprises en mati\u00e8re de GRH et le r\u00f4le qui y joue la gouvernance des grappes industrielles.
