Elle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sa r\u00e9silience gr\u00e2ce au r\u00e9seau de soutien de ses camarades de classe dans cette \u00ab\u2009sororit\u00e9 de la technologie\u2009\u00bb et a pleinement confiance en son avenir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de 20&nbsp;femmes autochtones du nord du Manitoba ont suivi la formation d\u2019introduction de niveau d\u00e9butant, et six d\u2019entre elles ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le programme InTeRN \u00e0 temps plein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants appr\u00e9cient le soutien mutuel et le lien \u00e9troit du programme qui met l\u2019accent sur la collaboration et l\u2019engagement des pairs.
