Ensuite, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 19&nbsp;ans, il s\u2019est inscrit au programme <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/projects\/upskilling-canadian-youth-for-in-demand-tech-careers\/\">Upskilling Canadian youth for tech careers<\/a>, un programme novateur de d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 15&nbsp;semaines qui aide les jeunes vuln\u00e9rables ou marginalis\u00e9s \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences techniques, sociales et \u00e9motionnelles pour les carri\u00e8res num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joshua a suivi avec succ\u00e8s une formation technique comprenant des modules sur les principes fondamentaux de l\u2019informatique, les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019exploitation, le d\u00e9pannage et d\u2019autres le\u00e7ons. Le programme offre d\u2019autres soutiens, comme des services sociaux et cinq ans de services apr\u00e8s embauche, qui se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s essentiels \u00e0 son succ\u00e8s en aidant les jeunes comme Joshua qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des obstacles \u00e0 obtenir et \u00e0 conserver un emploi stable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NPower Canada a \u00e9tabli des partenariats ou collabor\u00e9 avec plus de 250&nbsp;employeurs diff\u00e9rents afin d\u2019adapter la formation en fonction de leurs commentaires sur les comp\u00e9tences et les r\u00f4les n\u00e9cessaires.
