Nous favorisons le <strong>leadership \u00e9conomique des Autochtones<\/strong> dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00ab\u2009\u00e9conomie bleue\u2009\u00bb du Nord, du transport maritime \u00e9cologique \u00e0 la conservation marine, tout en d\u00e9veloppant les formations num\u00e9riques destin\u00e9es aux jeunes Autochtones afin de leur ouvrir de meilleures perspectives de carri\u00e8re et d\u2019entrepreneuriat. Pour accompagner les <strong>petites et moyennes entreprises<\/strong> qui constituent 90&nbsp;% du secteur priv\u00e9 au Canada, nous d\u00e9ployons les outils de perfectionnement et le coaching de carri\u00e8re assist\u00e9 par l\u2019IA n\u00e9cessaires pour que les entreprises et les travailleurs locaux puissent naviguer avec assurance dans un march\u00e9 du travail en pleine mutation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour appuyer les objectifs du Canada en mati\u00e8re de <strong>logement<\/strong>, nous d\u00e9ployons \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle des formations en construction qui permettent aux apprenants issus de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux <strong>m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s<\/strong> tout en b\u00e2tissant des logements abordables. Ces projets ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives aux jeunes Noirs en les pr\u00e9parant \u00e0 exercer un leadership dans le logement communautaire. Pourtant, les peuples autochtones demeurent historiquement sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Mobiliser cette main-d\u2019\u0153uvre est essentiel pour assurer la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 de notre \u00e9conomie.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environ un immigrant sur quatre affirme que le <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/blog-immigrant-employment\/\">manque de reconnaissance de ses dipl\u00f4mes, de ses qualifications et de son exp\u00e9rience acquise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger<\/a> constitue un obstacle majeur \u00e0 sa progression professionnelle au Canada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon certaines estimations, l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.signal49.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/real-talk_2024.pdf\">pourrait accro\u00eetre le PIB national de 1,97&nbsp;%<\/a>; toutefois, les employeurs canadiens accusent un retard par rapport \u00e0 leurs pairs \u00e9trangers en mati\u00e8re d\u2019adoption. Ce foss\u00e9 est creus\u00e9 par un manque de soutien envers la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre&nbsp;: <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/recherche\/ai-and-future-skills\/\">44&nbsp;% des Canadiens qui utilisent l\u2019IA d\u00e9clarent ne recevoir aucune directive ni formation formelle<\/a> de la part de leur employeur.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gr\u00e2ce aux investissements globaux du Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures dans plus de 420&nbsp;projets d\u2019innovation, <a href=\"https:\/\/impact.fsc-ccf.ca\/impact-and-approach\">au-del\u00e0 de 105\u2009000&nbsp;personnes au Canada ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une formation pratique<\/a> ou d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi con\u00e7ues pour relever les d\u00e9fis d\u2019une \u00e9conomie en constante \u00e9volution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 propos du CCF<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures (CCF) est un centre de recherche et de collaboration avant-gardiste qui se consacre \u00e0 l\u2019innovation dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences afin que toutes les personnes au Canada soient pr\u00eates pour l\u2019avenir du travail. Le programme FAST du Conseil pour l\u2019emploi des immigrants de la Colombie-Britannique (IECBC) contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me en permettant aux employeurs d\u2019\u00e9valuer plus facilement les comp\u00e9tences du bassin de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre immigrante.
