Le Programme de formation pour les comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019emploi destin\u00e9 aux Autochtones<\/a> (ISET) est une initiative f\u00e9d\u00e9rale qui aide les organisations et les communaut\u00e9s autochtones \u00e0 concevoir et \u00e0 offrir des services d\u2019emploi et de formation professionnelle adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leur culture. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un financement souple et \u00e0 long terme, le programme ISET permet aux Premi\u00e8res Nations, aux M\u00e9tis, aux Inuits et aux organismes de prestation de services urbains de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du march\u00e9 du travail tout en favorisant l\u2019autod\u00e9termination \u00e9conomique et la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis 2024, le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures travaille en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les d\u00e9tenteurs de l\u2019ISET et des partenaires, notamment Darian Kovacs, organisateur du rassemblement national ISET<\/a>, et Gerald Gosselin, d\u2019Emploi et D\u00e9veloppement social Canada (EDSC). Notre action vise \u00e0 renforcer les relations et la coordination entre les gouvernements autochtones, f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, provinciaux et territoriaux, ainsi qu\u2019avec les employeurs et les organisations philanthropiques. \u00c0 ce jour, le CCF a parrain\u00e9 et coorganis\u00e9 le Symposium sur les comp\u00e9tences et la formation professionnelles autochtones \u00e0 Vancouver (mai 2025) et a parrain\u00e9 un d\u00e9jeuner du secteur de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et un d\u00eener priv\u00e9 des financeurs dans le cadre du rassemblement national ISET (janvier 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En favorisant une collaboration fructueuse et en encourageant l\u2019apprentissage partag\u00e9, le Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures contribue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des parcours connect\u00e9s pour les apprenants et la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre autochtones. Ce travail s\u2019inscrit dans notre vision plus large visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de comp\u00e9tences plus r\u00e9actif, plus inclusif et mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
