			{"id":238351,"date":"2021-11-18T05:31:09","date_gmt":"2021-11-18T10:31:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/?post_type=engagement&#038;p=238351"},"modified":"2021-12-17T17:58:50","modified_gmt":"2021-12-17T22:58:50","slug":"un-nouveau-rapport-revele-que-la-majorite-des-canadiens-ne-recourt-pas-a-des-services-de-developpement-de-carriere-malgre-un-bouleversement-sans-precedent-du-marche-du-travail","status":"publish","type":"engagement","link":"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/engage\/un-nouveau-rapport-revele-que-la-majorite-des-canadiens-ne-recourt-pas-a-des-services-de-developpement-de-carriere-malgre-un-bouleversement-sans-precedent-du-marche-du-travail\/","title":{"rendered":"Un nouveau rapport r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la majorit\u00e9 des Canadiens ne recourt pas \u00e0 des services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re malgr\u00e9 un bouleversement sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent du march\u00e9 du travail"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ottawa (Ontario)<\/strong>, le 18&nbsp;novembre 2021.&nbsp;\u2013 Le <a href=\"https:\/\/lmic-cimt.ca\/fr\/\">Conseil de l\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail<\/a> (CIMT) et le <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/\">Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures<\/a> (CCF) publient aujourd\u2019hui une nouvelle \u00e9tude qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le que peu d\u2019adultes canadiens profitent des services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, dans un contexte o\u00f9 le march\u00e9 du travail a grandement \u00e9t\u00e9 boulevers\u00e9 par la COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors qu\u2019un grand nombre de Canadiens repensent leur carri\u00e8re, l\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que seul un adulte de 25&nbsp;\u00e0 64&nbsp;ans sur cinq a fait appel \u00e0 des services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport, intitul\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/recherche\/les-adultes-utilisent-ils-les-services-de-developpement-de-carriere-au-canada\/\">Les adultes utilisent-ils les services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re?<\/a>, indique que parmi les 3&nbsp;000&nbsp;Canadiens interrog\u00e9s, l\u2019utilisation des services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re est plus r\u00e9pandue chez les hommes et les personnes ayant fait des \u00e9tudes postsecondaires, et consid\u00e9rablement plus limit\u00e9e chez les femmes et les personnes sans dipl\u00f4me universitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"pullquote-block_6195816c4862a\" class=\"pullquote   fr  is-full-length-\">\n\t<blockquote class=\"pullquote__quote\">\n\t\t<div class=\"pullquote__bar\" style=\"background-color: #F05136\"><\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"pullquote__quote-text\">\u00ab Le rapport soul\u00e8ve d\u2019importantes questions quant aux raisons pour lesquelles les Canadiens touch\u00e9s par les changements dans notre march\u00e9 du travail n\u2019ont pas recours aux services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Une partie du probl\u00e8me tient au fait que de nombreux Canadiens ne savent pas que de tels services existent. <\/div>\n\t\t<cite class=\"pullquote__cite\">Tony Bonen, directeur de la recherche, des donn\u00e9es et de l\u2019analytique du CIMT<\/cite>\n\t<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Parmi les personnes qui disent ne pas avoir utilis\u00e9 de services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, plus de la moiti\u00e9 ont cit\u00e9 la m\u00e9connaissance de tels services et les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019acc\u00e8s comme \u00e9tant les principaux obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presque tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re ont fait \u00e9tat de retomb\u00e9es positives et ont re\u00e7u des informations sur le march\u00e9 du travail utiles, telles que les comp\u00e9tences requises, les postes vacants et les strat\u00e9gies de recherche d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 a entra\u00een\u00e9 un bouleversement du march\u00e9 du travail sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, avec une augmentation du nombre de personnes qui changent d\u2019emploi ou le quittent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"pullquote-block_619581974862b\" class=\"pullquote   fr  is-full-length-\">\n\t<blockquote class=\"pullquote__quote\">\n\t\t<div class=\"pullquote__bar\" style=\"background-color: #EC008C\"><\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"pullquote__quote-text\">En donnant aux gens l\u2019information et l\u2019encadrement dont ils ont besoin pour franchir la prochaine \u00e9tape de leur carri\u00e8re, on peut contribuer \u00e0 combler les lacunes les plus criantes du march\u00e9 du travail canadien. Les services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re peuvent \u00eatre transformateurs pour les chercheurs d\u2019emploi et pourraient \u00eatre essentiels pour rem\u00e9dier aux p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre actuelles.<\/div>\n\t\t<cite class=\"pullquote__cite\">Tricia Williams, directrice de la recherche, de l\u2019\u00e9valuation et de la mise en commun des connaissances du CCF<\/cite>\n\t<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-midsize\">Voici certains des principaux constats de l\u2019\u00e9tude&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Les adultes canadiens utilisent moins les services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re que les adultes des autres pays. <\/strong>M\u00eame par rapport aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Royaume-Uni, les Canadiens sont moins nombreux \u00e0 recourir \u00e0 ces services.<\/li><li><strong>La notori\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 constituent les principaux obstacles. <\/strong>Un r\u00e9pondant sur cinq ignorait l\u2019existence des services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, et 21&nbsp;% ont fait \u00e9tat de probl\u00e8mes de temps ou de co\u00fbts.<\/li><li><strong>Presque tous les utilisateurs de services de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel ont not\u00e9 certains effets positifs. <\/strong>Les types de soutien les plus recherch\u00e9s concernaient les exigences des emplois en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences, les postes vacants, les strat\u00e9gies de recherche d\u2019emploi, les programmes d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation ainsi que les salaires.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rapport s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du travail de collaboration continu du CIMT et du CCF visant \u00e0 fournir aux Canadiens et aux Canadiennes de l\u2019information sur le march\u00e9 du travail qui soit actuelle, fiable et accessible.
