Nombre de ces PMEs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es \u00e0 de graves perturbations du march\u00e9 du travail li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie et ont besoin d&#8217;un acc\u00e8s essentiel \u00e0 des ressources et outils pour renforcer le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et la r\u00e9tention des talents, afin de soutenir leur croissance future.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">En partenariat avec la<a href=\"https:\/\/occ.ca\/\"> Chambre de commerce de l&#8217;Ontario<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/\">Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/\"> <\/a>(CCF-FSC) investit 3,7&nbsp;millions de dollars pour soutenir 200 petites entreprises au Manitoba, en Ontario, au Qu\u00e9bec et au Canada atlantique.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Ce projet s\u2019appuiera sur un contenu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ryerson.ca\/diversity\/\">Diversity Institute<\/a> ainsi qu&#8217;une plateforme num\u00e9rique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e avec <a href=\"https:\/\/magnet.today\/\">Magnet<\/a> et offrant un acc\u00e8s gratuit \u00e0 des outils, \u00e0 du contenu de formation et&nbsp; \u00e0 des ressources portant sur le leadership, la diversit\u00e9 et l&#8217;inclusion, la sant\u00e9 mentale, le bien-\u00eatre, les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e8glementaire, sous forme de cours de courte dur\u00e9e, de modules d&#8217;apprentissage en ligne et d\u2019autres outils pour les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Les PMEs forment l\u2019\u00e9pine dorsale de l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne et emploient pr\u00e8s de 90&nbsp;% des Canadiens travaillant dans le secteur priv\u00e9. Bien qu\u2019elles soient le moteur de la croissance \u00e9conomique, ces entreprises manquent souvent de ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences de leurs employ\u00e9s ou leur offrir des formations, ce qui nuit \u00e0 leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper, \u00e0 recruter et \u00e0 conserver des salari\u00e9s nouveaux et diversifi\u00e9s, et \u00e0 rester concurrentielles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Cet investissement fait partie de la strat\u00e9gie du CCF visant \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai des approches qui anticipent et abordent les perturbations du march\u00e9 du travail, et \u00e0 investir dans des partenariats pour soutenir la formation et la recherche de comp\u00e9tences et ainsi pr\u00e9parer les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avenir du travail. Le CCF a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 de tels partenariats dans plusieurs<a href=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/fr\/engage\/des-secteurs-economiques-cles\/\"> secteurs cl\u00e9s<\/a> de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"pullquote-block_618439e2c22d5\" class=\"pullquote   fr  is-full-length-\">\n\t<blockquote class=\"pullquote__quote\">\n\t\t<div class=\"pullquote__bar\" style=\"background-color: #EC008C\"><\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"pullquote__quote-text\">Les petites entreprises, qui sont au c\u0153ur des communaut\u00e9s de notre pays, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus durement touch\u00e9es par la pand\u00e9mie. Ce partenariat contribuera \u00e0 leur ouvrir la voie vers la reprise \u00e9conomique en partageant des comp\u00e9tences et un contenu de formation rentable et personnalis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins uniques de chaque entreprise. La plupart des PME ne peuvent pas se permettre de consacrer les ressources humaines n\u00e9cessaires pour satisfaire simultan\u00e9ment aux exigences concurrentes de soutenir le recrutement, de perfectionner les comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion. Cette nouvelle plateforme leur donnera l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de constituer un corps d\u2019expertise volumineux leur permettant de mettre en place des possibilit\u00e9s de formation, de cr\u00e9er des ressources humaines inclusives et de partager les meilleures pratiques, afin de fournir aux PME les talents dont elles ont besoin. <\/div>\n\t\t<cite class=\"pullquote__cite\">Wendy Cukier, directrice du Diversity Institute de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Ryerson et responsable de la recherche universitaire du Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures<\/cite>\n\t<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-midsize\"><strong>FAITS ESSENTIELS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une biblioth\u00e8que num\u00e9rique centralis\u00e9e qui h\u00e9bergera du contenu organis\u00e9 et partageable tel que des ressources et outils sur de nombreux sujets d\u2019une importance cruciale, et qui contribuera aux capacit\u00e9s de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre au sein des PMEs Le contenu de la formation sera obtenu, identifi\u00e9 et valid\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de PMEs partout au Canada, y compris au moins 30 % des PME dirig\u00e9es par des groupes en qu\u00eate d&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9. La formation sur la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019embauche auxquels ces groupes sont confront\u00e9s.<br><\/li><li>Les entreprises d\u00e9velopperont, soumettront et num\u00e9riseront leur propre contenu de formation \u00e0 partager avec d&#8217;autres PMEs.&nbsp; Le contenu peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 pour s&#8217;assurer qu&#8217;il r\u00e9ponde aux besoins des utilisateurs.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>\u00c0 propos de la CCO&nbsp;<\/strong><br>La<a href=\"https:\/\/occ.ca\/\"> Chambre de commerce de l&#8217;Ontario<\/a>, repr\u00e9sentant 157 chambres de commerce et chambres de commerce membres et un r\u00e9seau diversifi\u00e9 de 60 000 membres, est le partenaire incontournable des entreprises.
