Nos gouvernements agissent rapidement pour prot\u00e9ger notre sant\u00e9 et notre bien-\u00eatre collectifs; les travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 prodiguent les soins essentiels courageusement; les m\u00e9dias nous tiennent inform\u00e9s; et un \u00e9ventail remarquable de travailleurs des services publics, de la poste et de la gestion des d\u00e9chets, ainsi que de la vente au d\u00e9tail, du transport, de la livraison, du nettoyage, etc. veillent \u00e0 ce que nos besoins essentiels soient bien pris en charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 tous ces premiers intervenants et travailleurs de premi\u00e8re ligne, nous devons \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de gratitude et de respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant cette premi\u00e8re vague essentielle, nous, au Centre des Comp\u00e9tences futures (CCF), avons concentr\u00e9 nos efforts sur l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie pour soutenir le Canada lors de la \u00ab&nbsp;relance&nbsp;\u00bb de la reprise \u00e9conomique. Contribuer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les Canadiens et Canadiennes \u00e0 retourner au travail, avec les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir maintenant et dans l\u2019avenir, sera essentiel dans une \u00e9conomie en constante \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Person-working-with-child-playing_res-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Person working with child playing_res\" class=\"wp-image-15571\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Person-working-with-child-playing_res-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Person-working-with-child-playing_res-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Person-working-with-child-playing_res-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Person-working-with-child-playing_res-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Person-working-with-child-playing_res-10x7.jpg 10w, https:\/\/fsc-ccf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Person-working-with-child-playing_res.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le CCF passe \u00e0 l\u2019action dans les efforts de reprise \u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le consortium du CCF, compos\u00e9 de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ryerson, du Conference Board du Canada et de Blueprint, collabore avec nos partenaires afin d\u2019adapter notre strat\u00e9gie actuelle et de mettre en place de nouvelles approches relativement \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation, \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 d\u2019autres outils pratiques qui peuvent aider \u00e0 doter les Canadiens et Canadiennes des comp\u00e9tences dont ils ont besoin en cette grande p\u00e9riode de changements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Voici quatre des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de notre strat\u00e9gie, qui \u00e9volueront continuellement au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019un programme de redressement global commencera \u00e0 prendre forme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9couter les Canadiens<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Comprendre comment la pand\u00e9mie a influenc\u00e9 les perceptions de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi chez les travailleurs et pr\u00e9voir les interventions des employeurs devant des pertes d\u2019emploi, sera essentiel pour orienter un effort de r\u00e9tablissement. Un <strong>sondage sur l\u2019emploi et les comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> (qui \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours avant que la pand\u00e9mie soit d\u00e9clar\u00e9e), men\u00e9 par Environics Institute for Survey Research en partenariat avec le CCF et le Diversity Institute de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ryerson, nous fournira des donn\u00e9es importantes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agir l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les besoins sont les plus criants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le CCF lancera des partenariats au cours des prochaines semaines dans le cadre de <strong>30&nbsp;projets d\u2019innovation<\/strong> afin de soutenir des dizaines de milliers de Canadiens et Canadiennes \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer pour une transition vers une nouvelle \u00e9conomie, d\u00e8s maintenant et dans l\u2019avenir. Appuy\u00e9es par un investissement de 36&nbsp;millions de dollars sur deux ans, ces interventions seront des exp\u00e9riences en temps r\u00e9el sur la fa\u00e7on de consolider un programme de comp\u00e9tences pour aujourd\u2019hui et pour demain, dans des secteurs comme ceux de la sant\u00e9, du p\u00e9trole et du gaz, de la fabrication, des services, etc.<\/li><li>Constatant que la crise \u00e9conomique affecte d\u00e9j\u00e0 de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e certaines industries, nous acc\u00e9l\u00e9rons l\u2019octroi de fonds dans certains projets li\u00e9s \u00e0 des secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s en particulier. Le premier de ces projets, dans l\u2019industrie de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et du tourisme, sera lanc\u00e9 prochainement; il mettra \u00e0 l\u2019essai des approches novatrices visant \u00e0 accompagner les travailleurs mis \u00e0 pied, en vue de savoir \u00ab&nbsp;ce qui fonctionne&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00e0 mesure que nous nous adaptons aux perturbations en cours.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u2019adapter et apprendre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Notre priorit\u00e9 est de travailler avec nos<strong> partenaires qui re\u00e7oivent du financement <\/strong>afin de nous assurer de rester souples dans nos travaux actuels. Dirig\u00e9s par nos partenaires chez Blueprint, nous travaillons en \u00e9troite collaboration avec chacun de nos partenaires de projet d\u2019innovation afin de les soutenir dans l\u2019utilisation de donn\u00e9es visant \u00e0 produire des r\u00e9sultats exploitables, \u00e0 r\u00e9agir avec souplesse et, au fil du temps, \u00e0 \u00e9valuer rigoureusement l\u2019incidence de ces projets. Cette approche collaborative contribuera \u00e0 une base de donn\u00e9es probantes plus vaste sur ce qui fonctionne, tout en guidant les pratiques quotidiennes et la prise de d\u00e9cision des experts en comp\u00e9tences au cours des prochains mois.<\/li><li>Fort de ces premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes, nous consultons nos partenaires en vue de cr\u00e9er un nouveau <strong>fonds pour le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> afin d\u2019aider les secteurs et les organisations \u00e0 faire le lien entre les interventions rapides et des solutions durables pour l\u2019avenir, d\u2019ici le d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li><li>Au cours du mois prochain, le CCF lancera la plateforme num\u00e9rique d\u2019une <strong>communaut\u00e9 d\u2019expertise<\/strong>, dirig\u00e9e par Magnet de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ryerson. Cet outil mettra en contact des particuliers, des employeurs, des organisations, des gouvernements et d\u2019autres acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des comp\u00e9tences. Cette plateforme donnera acc\u00e8s aux derni\u00e8res recherches, partagera les pratiques exemplaires et fournira des outils visant \u00e0 faciliter la collaboration, alors que nous apprenons les uns des autres et d\u00e9veloppons des solutions pour toutes les r\u00e9gions et tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s et les segments de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. <strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Nous transformons nos prochaines <strong>consultations r\u00e9gionales<\/strong> en consultations en ligne et explorerons la meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u2019impliquer nos partenaires dans de futures discussions et conf\u00e9rences.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Guider \u00e0 l\u2019aide des donn\u00e9es probantes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La nature changeante du travail augmente la demande non seulement pour les comp\u00e9tences techniques, mais aussi pour les <strong>comp\u00e9tences sociales et \u00e9motionnelles<\/strong>, comme la r\u00e9silience. Plus que jamais, nous devons investir dans des interventions qui renforcent la capacit\u00e9 de notre main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 un march\u00e9 du travail fondamentalement modifi\u00e9. \u00c7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 le sujet du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conferenceboard.ca\/e-library\/abstract.aspx?did=10628\">r\u00e9cent travail de recherche<\/a> (en anglais) du Conference Board du Canada et il restera une priorit\u00e9 du programme de recherche du CCF tout au long de la reprise \u00e9conomique.<strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Alors que nous en apprenons plus \u00e0 propos de l\u2019\u00e9tat de la reprise \u00e9conomique, le CCF, de concert avec ses partenaires du consortium \u2013 le Conference Board du Canada et le Diversity Institute de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Ryerson \u2013, s\u2019appuiera sur l\u2019expertise d\u2019organisations et d\u2019experts de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des comp\u00e9tences du Canada avec qui il collabore, pour contribuer \u00e0 une meilleure <strong>compr\u00e9hension de ce qui va se passer<\/strong> <strong>apr\u00e8s la crise<\/strong> lorsque nous devrons \u00e9tablir le programme des comp\u00e9tences futures. <strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis son lancement il y a un peu plus d\u2019un an, notre Centre pancanadien a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai et \u00e0 apprendre des approches novatrices en mati\u00e8re de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. Bien que notre mandat principal ne changera pas, il est aussi vrai qu\u2019en ce qui concerne le changement dans les comp\u00e9tences, l\u2019avenir, c\u2019est maintenant. Des solutions souples, innovantes et tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019avenir seront d\u00e9terminantes pour r\u00e9pondre aux ajustements du march\u00e9 du travail incertain d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, tout en gardant un \u0153il sur les changements constants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes impatients de travailler avec vous, nos partenaires, alors que notre strat\u00e9gie continue n\u00e9cessairement \u00e0 \u00e9voluer, \u00e0 s\u2019adapter et \u00e0 changer.
