Sosina is an economist with a PhD from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Sosina joined the Diversity Institute – Future Skills team with extensive experience in research design and implementation. She has extensive experience in quantitative research, behavioural experiment and policy analysis. Her past research focused on international development with a focus on African and Asian countries and covering topics like livelihood, climate change, migration, youth and women. She published more than a dozen articles in leading peer-reviewed international journals and produced several book chapters and working papers. Sosina is also the author of a new ‘Labour Market Insights’ Series produced by Diversity Institute – Future Skills. Prior to her current position at Ryerson, Sosina worked as a Senior Researcher at the Chr. Michelsen Institute (Norway).
